Freya Cunningham is Senior Development Officer at the Soil Association charity, which works with farmers, government and schools to make healthy, sustainable food accessible to all. Freya holds degrees from Oxford University and the School of Oriental and African Studies in Literature and International Studies respectively. She is particularly interested in how environmental innovation and the transition to Net Zero and Nature Positive can be incentivised and accelerated. This translates into her work at the Soil Association, which operates on a ‘systems change’ model, addressing the root causes of a problem rather than solely its consequences.
