After graduating from the London College of Music and Media with a degree in Photography & Media Arts (BA Hon), Alice started her career with media manufacturers, "The VDC Group". Alice's following twenty years have seen her progress to senior management positions in both the music and film industry. She has worked with some of the biggest names, taking to market projects from "The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra", John Waters, MTV’s "Dirty Sanchez" and Helena Bonham Carter. More recently Alice was involved in acquiring the publishing rights to Brit Award winner Kid Creole, and the producer royalties to the Heatwave smash hit, Boogie Nights.
Before joining One Media as their Brand & Communication Manager, Alice's previous position was with independent Film & TV publisher Revelation Films. In 2015 Alice was promoted to One Media iP's Commercial Director also undertaking the role of the PLC corporate communication, two years later she was promoted to Managing Director. In 2017 Alice was elected as a non executive director to the British Phonographic Industry, home of The Brits and The Mercury Music Prize, a music trade body that champions the industry globally and in 2023 she became chair of the Independent Music board at the BPI. This underscores her influential position in the music and entertainment sector. In 2019 she was invited to join the PLC main board as an executive director. During 2020 Alice was part of the team that raised £10 million to acquire music rights for the company as part of its growth strategy. In 2021 she was promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
In 2024 Alice founded Framewood Media Ltd, a company specialising in delivering compelling TV treatments, dramas, docu-reality shows, and beyond, captivating audiences across the globe, by bringing vision, sound, and brands to Life.
